The Fraternity Bowl was concluded on Saturday in near perfect conditions.  The course & the weather were in great nick!  For a long time it looked like Colin McGowan was going to go back-to-back after winning the Jack Notman Trophy.  His 39pts was leading right up until the last groups checked in - Clive Walker won the day with 42pts ahead of Stephen Bryers (41) and Alex Ivanov (40).  Congratulations, Clive.

 

The Calcutta pairings produced some amazing scores - Connor Barker (38pts - 69 gross) and Alex Ivanov (40pts) were the winning pair - but it was very close for the minor prizes:

Connor & Alex - 78pts

Mark Carroll & Graham Arnold - 77pts

Paul Hurtley & Stephen Bryers - 76pts

Robert Eng & Clive Walker - 75pts.

 

This weekend the Booth Cup Final is played - in conjunction with the qualifying round of the Summer Cup (Blue Tees).  This is the last formal event of the year.
