The Betty Faesen team for Remuera has this year (for the first time in many years) been able to front with a full team (ie not sharing with another club). They played their first game of the season, and had an ‘historic’ win over Pakuranga 7-1. Historic because Pakuranga has had its name firmly engraved on the trophy for years and years. Well done Remuera!

Reminders:-
· On Thursday, the Open Day will be held – fantastic response, with 112 entries. Remember the shot-gun start is at 8am so allow plenty of time to report in and get to your hole.
· The Draw for the Masters Match-play event is in the Locker Room – please get your matches underway while the weather is good.
· Next week’s competition is the Nancy MacCormick Foursomes. The Draw will be done on Thursday, enabling as many as possible to find a partner and enter (entry sheet is in Locker Room). Once the Draw has been made, tee-times will be released so those not playing in this event can book a time.
