LADIES GOLF

Firstly, congratulations to the Remuera Team who participated in the National Teams Qualifying event, played last Thursday. Our team of Helen Whitcher, Joyce Tuivakano, Deryl York and Lorelle Meyer placed second - great effort ladies! The Titirangi Golf Club were the winners on the day.

PENNANT RESULTS:-

The “A” Team finished the season in 2^nd= place, which was a fantastic team effort, not only from the players but also the Manager/Selector (Laraine Bagshaw) and mentor (Pauline Harrison) who put in a huge effort throughout the season.

All 18-hole Teams (including the Weekenders) have their final round of golf for the season this week.

· Next Tuesday is TopCat and the Entry Sheet is in the Locker Room. The Draw will be done on Thursday, so if you haven’t already entered just email Karen on karent@remueragolfclub.com

· The Elizabeth Arden Sponsored Day (shot-gun start at 8am) is to be played on Thursday (31^st May). For this event, register online. If you wish to bring a friend, you are welcome to do so (Cost is $25 per person).

· The following Tuesday (after Queens Birthday Weekend) is ‘Bisque Par’ … enter directly on to the DotGolf website site at your preferred time. Bookings for this open on Monday night.

LOST PROPERTY: Two Clubs have gone missing – an XX10 9 Iron and a Pitching wedge. If you happen to find these in your golf bag, please let Karen know ASAP.
