Changes to Tee Sheet Opening Times

Further to our recent Members’ Information Evening and the discussion on the night. We reviewed the timings that our tee booking sheets go live.

As a result of this review we are going to make some modifications to the timings

Currently the tee sheets are opened at 6.45pm 10 days before – i.e. the sheet for Monday August 5th was opened for booking on Thursday July 25th at 6.45pm.

From Thursday August 1st the schedule will change as follows:

· For Full Playing Members the tee sheets will open 9 days before, effectively 48hrs before other member categories.

· For all other membership categories, the tee sheets will open 7 days before.

Please refer to the tables as an example of the new opening schedules.

The settings in Dot Golf will be changed to this structure on the morning of Thursday August 1st and will be effective from this date. As part of the transition there will no new tee sheets opening for a few days.

The Booking Sheet for Monday August 12th will open:
For Full Playing Members ONLY - on Saturday August 3rd at 6.45pm
For all other membership categories - on Monday August 5th at 6.45pm.
